Students come, students go, and the club’s Web identity often suffers. Our challenge here was to create a new online identity in a standards-based template that is easy to maintain and easy to pass to the incoming user base of this Student Club of Harvard Business School, Inc.
Visual Activity, LLC created a easy to maintain system around a new brand from the ground up, and designed a templated page and calendar system that could withstand the lack of available training for incoming administrators and association members.
Since the site went live in 2007, the outgoing senior officers have not only updated the site many times over without losing the branded template structure, but are in the stages of transferring ownership of the system without the need for extensive training, including the addition of photos and calendar events.
