Process
In every client situation, we take both an internal and external approach to problem-solving that centers around constant communication. We start with a kick-off meeting that includes all shareholders, which allows us to gain a total picture of the job at hand. Once the project gets going, we establish a secure project portal for all communication and assets. Following any initial interviews with stakeholders, we make our way through content strategy and creative design as its applied to a well-structured and planned architecture. The final step of QA and delivery happens after all iterations are approved and the project is ready for launch.

We don't' take on all projects that are brought to our attention. We believe that by selecting the projects for which we're both prepared and can succeed in all areas, we will create solid, well-structured and well-designed solutions that help our customers and not waste their time. A site or an application has a tremendous impact on your bottom line, and we'd like to provide you with a solution that meets the goals.
